Content Management System or CMS Package - A complete site using Drupal as a backend, ready to manage a large amount of content. Allows posting of new content from a simple web interface.
Ecommerce Package - A Zen Cart or osCommerce shop fully capable of accepting credit cards and paypal. Comes complete with order tracking and report generation built in and very easy to use. Pet Tshirt and Critical Wear are examples of this package.
Other Site Types - You might want a forum, directory, or other script added to your site or made into a site on its own. Examples would be the Small Business Forums and Business Directory at locald.com.
